Terms and Conditions

All products used by One-Tech are backed by a full repair or replace 12 month warranty from our Suppliers excepting: Steel Dishes**. One-Tech guarantees our workmanship for 3 months from Installation excepting weather or malicious damage Quotes are valid for 7 days. All quotes are subject to change if One-Tech runs into unforeseen additional expenses on the job that may call for further equipment to be purchased by the client. All New Installations include call out fee and Installation of your choice from our packages.*cable will be for clients account at R8-R16per meter depending on cable you would prefer. The technician will be able to explain and assist you on deciding. Any installation outside of Hout bay & Atlantic Seaboard may be liable for additional travel cost.The prices quoted are as close to what a basic install costs, however, sometimes more difficult installations cause for more materials to be used or more time allocation requirments due to installation difficulties.
